Stick mobility workshops

There are two date to choose from:

  • 11 June at 9.00 - 10.30am

  • 18 June at 1.30 - 3.00pm

Do you want to unlock and strengthen  areas of your body to move better than you have done before? Accelerate your performance towards greater potential?

 

Then Limber’s Sticks Mobility workshops are for you.  By working with three aspects of mobility - joint range of motion, strength and neuro-motor control, you  will gain greater control, strength and cohesion of movement.

 

What you can expect:

Small group experience with no more than 5 spots per session, led by Ciel Materne, Level 1 Stick Mobility Instructor, Certified 4 Fitness Coach, 3rd year Sports Exercise Science student and assisted by Lynn Materne, owner of Limber Studio.

Expect:

  • Information on using the Sticks, and key Stick Mobility principles.

  • Lots of assistance within a small group setting

  • 1.5 hour workout session using the Sticks. 

  • Opportunity to  play and explore  with the Sticks in your own time 

Who are the workshops for?

  • Beginners are welcome as no sticks mobility experience is required.

  • In order to participate in this workshop, it is important that you are well, you have no acute injury or condition and you can get down and up off the floor without assistance. If you would like to attend but are not sure if you should, please email Lynn or Ciel to discuss prior to enrolling.
